Tell us which vacancies will not sit still.
A briefing is a conversation about sample size, site access, and whether we should travel. It is not a booking until both sides sign an engagement letter. Nothing on this page takes payment.

If you are writing from outside Sarawak, say so in the message. We will tell you honestly whether a remote sample is enough.
Before you write
Do you audit HR software?
We audit how applications are collected, read, stored, and closed. If a system is part of that trail, we open it with you. We do not sell, implement, or certify software products.
How large does a sample need to be?
Enough vacancies to show a pattern without emptying your week. For most employers we agree a window — often one hiring cycle or a set of named roles — before anyone travels.
Will you name staff in the letter?
We name roles and, where needed, decision points. We do not write a disciplinary file. If a finding is about a person’s notes, we discuss it in the workshop before the letter is final.
Do you work only in Sibu?
The desk is at Bangunan Mula Jaya on Jalan Methodist. Field weeks run across Sarawak and, by arrangement, elsewhere in Malaysia. Remote file review is possible when the sample can travel.
Is this legal advice?
No. We write factual findings about your hiring files and practical repairs. Your counsel remains your counsel. We will say so again in the engagement letter.
