Briefing
You tell us the vacancies that worry you, where the packs live, and whether we should travel. We say whether a remote export is honest enough, or whether someone needs to sit with a walk-in book.
Method
This page is the working sequence we use for audits of HR applications. If a step does not fit your site — a camp with no meeting room, a purely paper counter — we cut or replace it in the engagement letter, not in a slide.
We follow job applications: how they arrived, who first read them, what notes were kept, who was offered or declined, and what remains stored. We do not audit payroll calculations, disciplinary files, or performance reviews unless an application pack wandered into those drawers and we need to say so.
The output is a findings letter and a ranked repair order. It is not a certification, a software score, or a public badge.
You tell us the vacancies that worry you, where the packs live, and whether we should travel. We say whether a remote export is honest enough, or whether someone needs to sit with a walk-in book.
We name the window, the channels, the people we need access to, and the fee. Work does not start until this is signed. A deposit may be asked for field travel; the fees and refunds page explains when that money moves.
You gather advertisements, packs, notes, and outcome messages for the named vacancies. We would rather receive an ugly original than a folder rebuilt the night before. Missing items become findings, not delays you need to apologise for.
On site or from the Sibu desk, we reconstruct each sampled vacancy. We interview the people who made first-pass decisions. Informal rules are written down as rules, because that is how they behaved.
Before the letter is final, we walk the facts with the people who live with the file. Corrections of fact are welcome. Arguments with tone are less useful. This hour exists so the letter does not ambush anyone.
You receive a dated letter mapped to the sample, plus a ranked list of repairs. Follow-on drafting of forms or a return visit is a separate engagement if you want it.
When you are ready to test whether this sequence fits, ask us to scope a file review or browse the individual reviews.
