Applications you did not collect yourself
If a Sibu mill takes walk-ins on Saturday, a Kuching agency sends a spreadsheet on Monday, and a portal dumps CVs into a shared inbox, you have three intake systems. We audit the joins: consent, duplicate people, missing fields, and whether an agency’s screening replaced yours without anyone noticing.
Indicative duration: 8–12 working days. A firm timetable sits in the engagement letter after we see the sample.
We list every source that produced an application in the sample period, including employee referrals and unsolicited emails. Each source is scored for completeness, consent language, and whether HR can tell the original from a forwarded copy.
Where you use recruiters, we check what you asked them to collect, what they actually sent, and whether unsuccessful packs were returned or left on their side with no instruction.
