Intake file review
Most hiring trouble starts before anyone is shortlisted. Incomplete packs sit in inboxes. Portal exports miss fields the paper form still asks for. A candidate is told the role is closed while the file is still open on a manager’s desk.
Indicative duration: 8–12 working days after the sample is complete. A firm timetable sits in the engagement letter after we see the sample.
What we open
We sample live and recently closed vacancies. For each, we follow the advertised channel, the actual intake path, timestamps, acknowledgements, and the first screening decision. If your organisation uses a mix of email, walk-in forms, and a careers page, we treat that mix as the real system, not the policy on the wall.
What you receive
A findings letter mapped to each sampled vacancy, a gap list ranked by candidate harm and regulatory exposure, and a practical repair order. We do not sell software, and we do not rewrite your forms unless you ask for a separate drafting pass.
You take away
- Vacancy-by-vacancy intake map
- Sampled file completeness scores
- Acknowledgement and delay notes
- Repair order for HR and hiring managers
If this is not the right cut of the file, the full list of reviews may fit better. To talk through scope, ask the desk for a briefing.
