What the notes actually say

Interview record audit

If the only record of an interview is a tick on a WhatsApp chat, you do not have a hiring file. You have a rumour. We audit whether notes exist, whether they match the questions asked, and whether scores can be explained without reconstructing them from memory.

Indicative duration: 7–10 working days. A firm timetable sits in the engagement letter after we see the sample.

Sampling

We pull a cross-section of panel and one-to-one interviews from the last hiring cycle. We look for missing scorecards, identical comments copied across candidates, and notes that comment on appearance, accent, or family plans rather than the role.

Output

You get a record-quality rating per vacancy, examples of notes that would not survive a complaint file, and a one-page interview pack your managers can actually finish in the room.

You take away

If this is not the right cut of the file, the full list of reviews may fit better. To talk through scope, ask the desk for a briefing.
